Deleting your OTG account

Applies to the OTG app (com.otg.otg_app) by Ziippoco Inc.

You can delete your OTG account and the data stored with it at any time, either from inside the app or by writing to us. You do not need an active subscription, and you do not need to reinstall the app to make the request.

Option 1 — delete it in the app

Open OTG and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to Danger zone, tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and its data are removed as part of that action. It cannot be undone, and the data cannot be recovered afterwards — export anything you want to keep first.

Option 2 — ask us to do it

Email support@otg-app.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my OTG account. Sending from the account's own address is how we confirm the request is yours; if you signed in with Google or Apple, use that same address.

We action deletion requests within 30 days and email you when it is done. If we cannot match the address to an account, we will tell you rather than delete the wrong one.

Only joined the beta list?

A beta request does not create an OTG account. To remove a beta request, email support@otg-app.com from the address you used to register, with the subject Remove my OTG beta request. We will remove that beta request and confirm by email. This does not affect an OTG account if you have one.

What gets deleted

Your account record and sign-in identity.
Your profile: name, email, and the fitness details you entered during onboarding.
Every food entry, workout, GPS route, body-weight entry, hydration and mood log.
Photos you submitted for food or progress scans, and the AI results stored with them.
Your AI coach conversation history.
Your community posts, comments and reactions.
Health and wearable data synced into OTG from a connected service.

What is kept, and for how long

Aggregated and anonymised usage and crash records — no longer linked to you, and purged from analytics caches within 30 days.
Billing and transaction records — held by Google Play, not by us, and retained by Google under its own policies for tax and accounting purposes.
Records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires and no longer.

Deleting the app is not the same as deleting the account. Uninstalling OTG removes it from your phone but leaves your account on our servers. Use one of the two routes above.

Cancel your subscription separately. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play and are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel under Play Store → Subscriptions to stop future charges.
