Who we are

Data we collect
OTG may process your account information (name and email through Supabase Authentication), profile and fitness information, food and workout logs, body metrics, AI Coach conversations, photos submitted for analysis, connected-health data you choose to sync, feedback, and limited crash and usage information.
If you request beta access, we store your email, phone platform, interests, request time, invitation status and relevant invitation or setup times. A beta request does not create an account, take payment or guarantee access.
How data is used
We use data to operate OTG, personalise app features, provide AI responses, secure the service, manage subscriptions and beta invitations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Service providers
Supabase provides account identity, backend services, database, storage and server functions. Firebase provides analytics, crash reporting and push-notification delivery. Google Generative AI provides enabled vision and chat features. RevenueCat manages subscription entitlements. Apple and Google provide app distribution and in-app purchases.
Beta access and retention
Uninvited beta requests are removed after up to 90 days. An unused invitation expires 90 days after it is sent. An invited user who completes OTG setup using the same confirmed email receives 30 days of beta Pro access from setup. Expiry does not delete an OTG account or its data.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data by emailing us. You can delete an account in OTG Settings or follow the written account-deletion process. You may ask to remove a beta request at any time from the email address used to register.
Security and changes
We use TLS in transit and rely on our providers’ safeguards for stored data. We may update this policy as OTG changes and will publish the revised date here.
